DESCRIPTION:Saturday, June 7, 10:30 a.m.\nWe are thrilled to host the Edgewater Pride Party once again this year!\nThe day begins with the Edgewater Pride Parade at 10:30 a.m.\nThe parade finishes at Edgewater Public Market around 11 a.m.\n\nThe day’s festivities will include:\n– live tunes from Out of Line from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n– drag queen visitors to the market\n– pop-up booths from civic groups and vendors from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., including:\nFree Mom Hugs, offering swag and hugs for all\nJeffCo Communities That Care, with free info and resources\nGood Boy Jack’s, with pup cups for dogs and adoptable dogs (weather dependent)\nVivent Health, with Pride swag and fino\nSweet Ridge Studios, with a free craft project for all\nand lots of rad offerings from our Edgewater Public Market businesses, including:\n– a Pride-themed photo booth (indoors)\n– an appearance by Jessica L’Whor (and a special guest), indoors from 1 to 3 p.m.\n– free axe throws from the American Axes axe-throwing trailer, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n– free Pride cupcakes from Konjo Ethiopian to the first 100 people to visit Konjo inside our market hall, starting at 11 a.m. (no purchase necessary)\n– lots of LGBTQ+ books and gifts at Edgewater Books, who will donate 10% of all sales from the day to Edgewater Pride\n– a special Pride-themed ice cream flavor, “Everyone Leaves Gayer,” at Happy Cones Co., who’ll donate all sales from that flavor to Edgewater Pride\n– Pride-themed croissants (filled with Fruity Pebbles) available for purchase at Black Box Bakery (throughout all of June), with 10% of sales donated to the Alexander Foundation\n– a Pride-themed tattoo flash sale at The Ink Den Tattoo Studio after our Pride party, with a variety of tattoo offerings for $100 each (see below for examples)\n– if you add sprinkles to any shake or frozen custard at Shake Shake Edgewater, they’ll donate the $.50 cost of sprinkles to GLAAD, a leading nonprofit championing LGBTQ+ acceptance\nWe’re excited to see you at Edgewater Pride!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
