Yoga Six and RowHouse have teamed up to offer a weekly Row & Flow class
Begin with a heart-pumping workout at Row House and end with recovery and stretching at YogaSix!
*Begin with an Express Signature Row (Row House) – this 30-minute class is designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, mobility, and alignment with our most popular blend of rowing and dumbbell exercises.
*End with a Restore class (YogaSix) – this slower paced 30-minute format emphasizes floor postures to stretch, open and release the major muscle groups of the entire body. Participants who take this yoga class regularly report fewer injuries, improved sleep, and reduced aches and pains.
Currently offered on Tuesdays at 12pm with a maximum of 23 people; more dates coming soon.
