What's something about your business that most people don't know?
Owners Rico and Yoon first met over a decade ago in Vail and later reconnected in Denver to create Wild Taco. The traditional offerings at Wild Taco come from Rico’s Mexican heritage, while the Korean and Asian influences come from Yoon’s Korean heritage.
What's a fun fact about your business?
Our house-made vegan kimchi is a variation of Yoon’s mom’s kimchi. It took six months to finally nail down a recipe because Yoon’s mom doesn’t have a recipe for kimchi; she always makes it by feel and taste.
