What's a fun fact about your business?
Our oven is completely wood fired. Many “wood-fired ovens” actually use a gas igniter to start the fire, but we do not. Being truly wood fired lends a unique flavor to our dough and toppings. It takes about 45 minutes to build the fire and get the oven up to optimum temperature, which is between 800 and 900 degrees.
