jambalaya and our crawfish poboy
We sell a debris poboy, which is a traditional and famous sandwich from New Orleans that is made from fall-apart tender roast beef. The name “debris” comes from the bits of meat and juices that fall off the roast during cooking.
Our owners met in college where they both played saxophone at Florida State.
