On what date did your business first open at Edgewater?
Our original space opened on November 16, 2021. We moved into a larger space at the market on July 16, 2025.

What's something about your business that most people don't know?
Chefs Dave & Rocky met playing in a punk band in 2006. They’ve been friends & professional cooks since about that time, as well.
What's a fun fact about your business?
Gladys is named after Rocky’s grandmother to invoke the spirit of “grandma hospitality.”
