What's something about your business that most people don't know?
After more than 20 years in service and hospitality, Saigon Noodle Club owners Long and Shauna finally stepped into the kitchen for themselves when they opened a food trailer in 2020. Their culinary skills are a blend of lessons from their parents, insights gained from years in front-of-house roles, and a profound dedication to creating outstanding dining experiences.
What's a fun fact about your business?
As children of immigrants, our upbringing in low-income housing gave us early exposure to a rich tapestry of cultures. We’re immensely grateful for the opportunity to explore diverse cuisines throughout our journey, much like the vibrant ‘melting pot’ of America. Our proudest moments are often found in crafting dishes that blend multiple cultural influences. We’ve had the pleasure of featuring popular menu items such as chicken over rice, pho banh mi, BBB – birria bo kho banh mi, al pastor banh mi, and crispy chicken adobo. We can’t wait to keep developing exciting new dishes for visitors to Edgewater Public Market to discover!
