Tessa Delicatessen

Summary

Tessa Delicatessen is known for its elevated take on classic deli fare, first in its 2019 East Colfax location and now at Edgewater Public Market. Tessa Delicatessen continues its mission to be a beloved gathering spot for all. Founded by owners who relocated from Los Angeles to raise their children amidst Colorado’s abundant offerings and be closer to family, Tessa Delicatessen quickly carved out a niche with its commitment to fresh, house-made ingredients. The menu features a delicious array of sandwiches, soups, and salads, with fan favorites including the “OG Italian,” the savory “Brisket Dipper,” and hand crafted soups and salads. Beyond these, diners rave about their breakfast burritos, and the much-talked-about carrot cake.
