Join Slow Food Denver and Snail of Approval awardee, Bibamba Chocolate, for a hands-on chocolate-making workshop on February 19th at Bibamba’s factory inside Edgewater Public Market. Learn the story behind ethical, farm-to-table chocolate, craft your own gourmet truffles, and taste your way through the process.
You’ll leave with a box of handcrafted truffles, new skills, and a deeper connection to where your chocolate comes from. Sweet, meaningful, and delicious.
