Edgewater Pride Party
We are thrilled to host the Edgewater Pride Party once again this year!
The day begins with the Edgewater Pride Parade at 10:30 a.m.
The parade finishes at Edgewater Public Market around 11 a.m.
The day’s festivities will include:
- face painting from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- oracle readings from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- pop-up booths from civic group and vendors from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- live tunes from Guerilla Fanfare Brass Band from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Pride-themed DJ set from 1 to 3 p.m.
- hair tinsel from 3 to 6 p.m.
and lots of rad offerings from our Edgewater Public Market businesses, including:
- “Everyone Leaves Gayer” ice cream at Happy Cones, a vanilla-infused strawberry ice cream with rainbow sprinkles inside and out; ALL proceeds from the sale of this ice cream on June 1 will be donated to Edgewater Pride
- free Pride cupcakes from Konjo Ethiopian to the first 90 people to visit Konjo inside our market hall, starting at 11 a.m. (no purchase necessary)
- 15 free throws at American Axes to anyone who mentions this Edgewater Pride offer from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Rainbow Sprinkle White Chocolate Bark for sale at Bibamba Chocolate
- Pride croissants for sale at Black Box Bakery
- LGBTQ+ book section and stickers for sale at Edgewater Books, who’s donating 5% of Saturday’s sales to Edgewater Pride
