Foundations Class at Row House Edgewater

Never rowed before? No problem! This class is designed for anyone who wants to get a full-body, low-impact workout that combines cardio and strength training in just 45 minutes! No rowing experience necessary. Class is broken up into rowing blocks and floor blocks. On the rower, you’ll work full-body resistance and cardio. On the floor, you’ll stretch out and do dumbbell exercises. Our coach will be with you every step of the way to ensure you have a fun, effective workout!
